My service was horrible! I had a party of 9, yes I understand larger party can be difficult but we still should be treated as we are important customer! My waiter Miranda F was rude, snappy and made a statement that she is one person she is unable to do everything! She made that very clear that she wasn't in any rush to take our orders. My food arrive and it wasn't even good enough to give my dog! It was extremely rare on the inside and the outside was so burnt that I smelled it before sat it down! My drinks/cocktail watered down! They waiter never came to check on us and when she did it was with attitude, aggression! The manager Megan was just as rude she never came to check on us and when it came to the remake she stood over us as we cut and snappy asked did we want a box to take it with us as if she was rushing us to get out the building!! she was snatching the bread plates off the table with a attitude that she knocked my daughter drink over and it was very clear that she was in no rush to get the mes she had made up! You would thought someone had implied that her child was stupid as rude, nasty and disrespectful she treated. To be the only African american in the entire restaurant we was placed in the black and truly forgotten and treated poorly! They feed us food they wouldn't even give to a famly pet i'm sure! Not to mention the remakes was only them taking the food they had already delivered to us and re-grilling it!! This type of business have turned me from every longhorn in the world!
