Consistent quality in their products, especially the butterscotch milkshake and sundaes. The ice cream is amazing and reasonably priced, making it a must-visit for those with a sweet tooth. The variety of flavors and toppings, along with the friendly service, make it a great spot to enjoy a treat with family or friends.

I spoke to the owner and that employee is nolonger with the company. Apparently multiple people had complaints about that man. The owner is nice and that guy with the bad service was not actually the owner. Phew! So thankful. Back to PW'S my family will go.

The guy who I believe is the manager or the owner is awful :( super rude and unprofessional. Dude, he got nasty to my family and I. Seriously, it was super not cool. I ranted and raved about how much I loved this place and then we got horrible service and it was super embarrassing because my grandma was in the car. Please strive to do better. I know you were probably having an off day but it's about customer service bro. It's a double sided coin. Yummy food AND good service. Just one side of the coin won't leave a good impression AND does not make a good impression... gotta have both dude.

The man who I believe was the owner was so unbelievably rude. Guess I won't eat here again. If anyone wants to know my experience it is spelled out below.
The situation: They opened up a makeshift 2nd drive thru lane because it was busy. The 2nd lane was super confusing because there was no signage and the 2nd lane blocks people who are parked from backing up and being able to leave. We were in the original drive thru lane and an employee asked us to drive around and join the 2nd lane and that she would take our order there.
We drove around and we needed the car ahead of us to move forward before we could turn infront of the restaurant where our order would be taken. There is only has space for 2 or 3 cars and we were backed up in the area where cars back out of their parking spaces but the cars a head of us were waiting for their ice cream so we couldn't move forward. It was a few minutes of waiting and then we got yelled at by two drivers (one trying to back up and leave and the other trying to get past us) it is an incredibly tight area where you simply cannot have two lanes and parking. When I called PW's to let them know that it was not a smart idea and potentially dangerous because people can't leave.. the man who I believe was the owner snapped and told me that "maybe you should take a defensive driving class" and that they were super busy and hung up. After a couple minutes I called back to apologize because maybe I hurt his feelings (maybe the makeshift 2nd drive thru was his idea and that he had taken it personally... I don't know). I know I was irritated when I had called the 1st time so I figured I should probably call him back and apologize. When I did he answered the phone and said "hello *name* are we still doing this?" I explained that I was sorry and that I thought it was a dangerous idea because people walk through that area and you have cars waiting in line and cars trying to back up and that it was super tight and that "‹while we were waiting we had almost been hit by two cars and that the 2nd drive thru lane was super tight and blocked people from leaving. He said okay and hung up.
I Iworked ncustomer service in high-school and I would have been fired if I ever spoke like that to a customer. I am sad that I cannot support this local businesses anymore but if this man treats people like this then I don't want to support him. My family and I made it a point to eat out at local restaurants during the pandemic aand we made sure to stop by PW's for something sweet on the way home.. I know my family will never visit this establishment again. The man who I believe was the owner is the epitome of unprofessionalism and will not support a business or a man who acts that way. His attitude reminded me of a child not that of a businesses owner he was unprofessional and emotionally charged.

We always love it here! Especially when the owner is working the window because he's so nice. Great service and delicious ice cream. Cant go wrong with a death by chocolate

I have frequented PWs for at least 25 years. They haven't always been on Herlong. They have the best chocolate shakes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and turtle sundaes and strawberry and banana concrete, ice cream cakes. Much to choose,
all delicious! 5 stars definitely

Ice cream is good, but the attitudes are horrible. They just don't care and it shows. Either they make smart remarks or they are super short. Do better!

Poor service, attitude of attendant at the window primarily. Tried to order two scoops of Heath Bar ice cream and was informed that the only way I could get that was in a milk shake. Asked whether they had Pistacio Almond ice cream and was told they didn't have ice cream. Crazy. Guess we will go up to Brusters next time.

We chose PWs over all others for our company's June ice cream event ...selected due to so many employees' requests. Wayne served ice cream to over 900 employees and 100% loved it.
Will definitely choose PW again. Excellent service and quality provided by their Catering business. Thank you Wayne!

first of all we ordered black cherry cones , my cone never had a cherry at all in it. it was almost 10 dollars for 2 cones 2 scoops each cone and the scoops were not even to the top of the waffle cone. The ice cream was not thick and it was the worst $10.00 we have spent lately . Do not go there usless you like giving away money.

I usually eat the sugar free fat free yogurt in a banana split. It is by far the best ice cream I have EVER had from a ice cream shop. It's very expensive so we can only go about once a month but it's worth it.
