I called to order at 6 pm and was told my food would be 10 minutes, so I arrived at 6:08. as I sat and waited, the cars around me all came and went and got their food, but I didn't. I begrudgingly waited until 6:45 when I finally managed to flag down an assistant to say something. I finally got my food at 6:48 and didn't even receive an apology for my wait, even after I explained my frustration. It would be understandable to take that long if I ordered food for 6 or something, but I ordered a single pasta meal for myself (which ended up being the tiniest portion I've ever seen) and was promised that my wait would be 10 minutes. Do not waste your time and money here when they clearly don't care about anything more than your money.
