The local sub shop had mixed reviews, but I was disappointed by the unfriendly customer service despite the delicious sub I had there.

They make you sit out there to wait for your food for 10 to 15 minutes at least. Their attitudes are the worst. Everyone who says they have good customer service well I hope you never make them angry because their attitude has is horrible.

I didn't want to give 1 star, a zero is what they need. So, Today, I called Palmetto Sub (W. Evans) to place an order and from the start, this girl had a DAMN attitude. She was rude, trying to talk over me while I place the order. When I asked about a certain Item she did a big sigh like I was holding her up from something. Then this B**** hangs up the phone before I could finish my order. On top of that, I get there and my order was wrong. So they made it over I had me wait 15 minutes for them to do the order the right way. So now, you really have an attitude, which brought out my attitude. All they do at this location is run their DAMN mouth, mess up people's food, and have an attitude. It's time to find people who want to work or you will lose business. I work to damn hard to spend my money, with people who don't appreciate it!!!! They have the worst customer service EVER!!!!! Damn if you were gonna have an attitude you should have kept your -ss at home!!!

I love the large Chef Salads that I get from Palmetto Sub. I really don't mind being on a diet eating these salads. The only thing missing is the bread. My only dilemma is I have to drive to Florence to get one. Wish one was closer!! Listen up Dillon County. You get what you pay for. Everything they serve is delicious!

I went to Palmetto Subs earlier today and was pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of people in line waiting to order their subs, but the line moved quickly. The employees were pleasant and attentive even though they were very busy. I ordered the #19 (a popular sub) and I was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the sub. I am planning on returning with friends tomorrow to try a different sub! Keep up the good work guys!

I went in Sunday @ lunch. The employee who took my order and made my salad was ok, not overly friendly, but ok. The employee who took my debit card definitely did not want to be at work. She never smiled, spoke or acknowledged my order. She slid the receipt for me to sign and then turned her back. Very rude service.

I love their subs but I just cannot go back to this place because of the rude personalities of everyone at this facility. I ask a question and they roll their eyes at me. I've called to place an order and have been hung up on...intentionally! I have given Palmetto Subs 2 many opportunities because I understand sometimes people have off days. It's the same every time. I will never go to Palmetto Subs on Evans Street ever again!

I got 3 large #19`s on yesterday that I paid $30.00 for. It was so much smaller than it used to be. They have drastically reduced the bread, meat, and lettuce. On each end of the sub, there was an in that had no meat. I could barely even taste the meat for the bread. There was such a thin layer of lettuce that you could not even tell it was on there. I drove an hour to get these. It used to be so delicious and fulfilling. Well, not anymore!!!!! I was extremely disappointed. She I used to eat a half of sub I was stuffed. I had go eat 3/4 of it. I have never took the time to hunt a website to write a review, but felt the need to express this. This was one of my favorite places to eat in Florence. I always get enough to bring home for the rest of the family. Definitely not worth the money they are charging any longer. You used to get so much for your money. I have been eating there every since I was a child, I remember when it was Substation 2. Extremely missing the old subs I used to get!!!!!! This was my comfort food. :(

Although the food is pretty good - THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY!!! STAY AWAY BEFORE YOU GET FOOD POISONING! The staff DOES NOT LISTEN and will make something completely different from what you order because they are TOO BUSY socializing!! WORST EVER!!!
