I used to consider them the best around town. Usually go 3 or 4 times a year. Since they moved a few years . I have not got what I would consider a good meal. Seems like there is something wrong every time we go lately? Went recently with a group of 8. Of the 8 people. 1 person got what they ordered.

Food is always great! Top that off with good service and you have a new favorite restaurant. Has been my favorite for years!!

Disappointing sums up our experience on August 11. The bartender did not know his/her job at all. The 'Maker's Mark' Manhattan included maraschino cherry juice but lacked the bitters. The blackberry Margarita was quarter sediment, neither drink was served in the proper glass. Our server cheerfully replaced the drinks and was attentive throughout the meal, hence the two stars. The 'mixed greens' for the steak salad came out of a bag and consisted of iceberg lettuce, a few slivers of carrot and random shreds of red cabbage. The menu promised green onions. The plate arrived with one onion perched on the side with the green top of a second onion. The steak had been marinated in some sort of teriyaki or other strongly flavored mix, which was not part of the menu description but was the predominant flavor of the whole mess.

Not going back.

Been there twice in the last month. First time gat a New York Strip Steak that was so tough you could not chew it.
Today the service was terrible, ask for dressing on the side, it was poured all over the salad. Ask for the house wine but got the more expensive wine. Chicken was over cooked and dry.
It's 55 degrees out side and they had the ceiling fans on and cool air coming out of the a/c blowing on you and your meal, ask the waiter if they could turn the fans down, never got an answer.
Surely not what it used to be.

Just an average American restaurant. Kind of dated inside. The food is okay, nothing to write home about though. Overall, it was just okay.

I have been visiting this place at least twice a year for last 20+ years. It has always been outstanding except when we ate there on 1/29/18. The shift manager was training a new server. First it took for ever to get a 15 minute lunch to come. When it came the lettuce in salad was old soggy and not enough dressing. The soup was cold. When we requested to make it right, it took for ever to get it back. we had to literally beg to get a check. once the check was brought to us both servers disappeared. The shift manager was too busy training new server how to wash dishes and do other things while not busy, however clearly forgetting the main function was to serve the customer. We had to get someone else to check us out.

We eat out multiple nights a week. We stopped here on vacation on our way to Florida, and were absolutely floored. Food was AMAAZING! We usually choose higher end restaurants, and we were honestly a little apprehensive based on some of the less than stellar reviews, but they couldn't be more wrong.
Every bite was perfection. The staff was very pleasant, and the food was extraordinary. I would give more stars if I could!

Good food and great service ... until we finished! Six of us at the table, and not one item was cleared. She served dessert on top of an uncleared table. Knowing we wanted to share dessert, she did not bring spoons. I had my bite with my dirty fork. There was barely room on the table to sign the bill.

I am a local and have been to Percy and Willie's many times. There is only once or twice that the service has sucked. I blame that on the individual waiter at the time. Most of the time the service is great and the food is awesome. If you are an individual that gave a bad review, don't give up......

Went to Percy & Willie's for Father's Day. The food was awesome the Tilapia with Crab topping & wild rice and sauce was the best. Gordan Ramsey...... you've met your match.

Went there Sunday 12/20/2015 the food was terrible and the service was even worse for what they charge you would think they could do better guess I will go back to the outback that will make the wife happy the waiter couldn't even handle three tables stay away from the burgers would not feed to my dogs

I have been lucky enough to visit Percy and Willie's 2 or 3 times a year since they opened and have always gotten great service and the best food ever. My favorite special place.

This place is the bomb !!!!
The steaks are so tender and delicious, you don't even need a knife to slice it with. The service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable !!! My absolute favorite place to dine !!!

Service is great. Haven't had a bad server except maybe once but that was a while ago. The marinated ribeye is amazing. The house salad dressing can't be good for you but its awesome. I always have to have the brownie at the end, best desert in Florence I must say, as well as best steaks.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews I've seen about this restaurant. I've always received excellent service and find the food to be delicious. Rarely have I been finished with my drink before someone has dropped off an extra glass. The marinated steak and the rolls that accompany it are scrumptious. I have been here several times, mostly at night. Maybe it just depends on the time of day? I'm actually thinking about going there tonight to eat.

management DOES NOT CARE. stay far away.. looks nice, but that is definitely just about the only thing good.
cooks talk on phones, managers stand stupid, food is nasty, hostess? forget it, service? can't complain about the service because there is NONE!! i mean NONE!!!!!!!
