During my recent visit to Rogers Barbecue House, I enjoyed a delicious dinner that included a BBQ plate with three sides, although I found the green beans a bit too salty. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and despite the busy atmosphere, they handled everything with grace and courtesy. The food was flavorful, and the pull of the pulled pork keeps me wanting to return for more; it truly stands out as a fantastic option for BBQ lovers in Florence.

Last week, I tried some food at a friend's place and it was enjoyable. Today, I treated myself to dinner but found the green beans to be overly salty.

Worst food we have ever eaten. Food was not hot. There were no ribs to even try. Fried chicken was dry and been out too long. No seafood at all. Got sick while we were in there and had to leave.

Moved back home and couldn't wait to swing by Rogers for some bbq and rice with red gravy. I should have saved my money. I knew Roger sold the place around fifteen years ago but the food was still pretty good the last time we ate their before we moved. It made me sad to see what's become of such a great BBQ joint. The food was god awful and we went to McDonald's after we left cause none of us found it palatable. Such a shame.

The food is amazing and so is the staff. Referring to the customers as "sweetie" is how we do it in the south. That's not going to change. Love the southern hospitality.

Please advise employees that addressing customers with endearing terms is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am not, nor do I want to be, their "sweetie", "honey", etc. It is also a form of harassment. However, your food is WONDERFUL!
