The Sambino's on Hwy 441 (Peach Orchard Rd) is amazing! Their Chicken Alfredo (sliced chicken breast with tricolored cheese tortellini) is, in my opinion, their best menu item. Their pizzas and calzones are some of the best around, too. One calzone could easily feed two adults as it's basically a medium pizza folded in half. The restaurant itself is sort of small, but that's okay because their entire menu is available for carry-out or delivery. If you're planning on stopping in Sumter, don't you dare miss going to Sambino's.
