My first experience at Shug's was a pleasant surprise, as my friends' recommendations proved to be accurate. The ribeye steak was incredibly delicious, and the service was exceptional, with prompt seating and quick food delivery. I look forward to returning to Shug's in the future for another great dining experience.

The food was totally tasteless. Got a chicken sandwich that had no seasoning at all. The fries were cold. Also got the beef tips. Were suppose to be cooked medium rare & served with a sauce of some sort or sauteed veg. It wasn't served with either, and they were cooked well done, tough with no taste. They desperatly need to use some seasonings on their food. Very disatisfied. Would of complained if had eaten it all there.

Blues music and roasted peanuts served with every meal. Food good, service varried, Enjoyed will go again when in the area.
