Yes CAPANNOS is Solo Operated. I'm diligently working on getting in some help. IF I sound MATTER OF FACT ITS BECAUSE IM BUSY MAKING & BAKING YOUR NEXT PIE. I apologize to those who feel they didn't get the service they deserved. It can be very overwhelming when there are 16 different orders of Pies Calzones Subs & Wings on a single order í— 16 orders. Therefore I may not always answer the phone in a timely manner again if I may sound MATTER OF FACT OVER THE PHONE I APOLOGISE FOR THIS. IM WORKING ON NOT SOUNDING SO URGENT. It is very Rare that I do not get an order right. When I do yes Human error. I always try to compensate in some form if I feel your foods were not Supar.
To the Lady who spent a X amount of money on 3 Pies. Was your Pies not edible? You may have not gotten the Specialty Pie you think you may have ordered. Your total was Correct and your Pies were eaten. Therefore the only thing that was embarrassing was the way you acted Trying to Loud me out in front of My Customers when you came in the next day thinking I overcharged you.
I take a lot of Pride in my Craft. I make the Dough fresh everyday. The Pizza Sauce is made from scratch and I use only Quality Fresh ingredients. As can tell by the foods I Make & Bake. I do Make Great Pies.

The women manger is so rude. I had ordered 65.00 worth of food and she messed it up and when I tried to call her back , I called the number 16 times and she wouldn't answer because she was working by herself and she couldn't make pizzas and answer the phone. I went up to talk to her in person and she said what can I do about it her business is great so why does she care about one customer . She is very rude and I won't ever eat there again

Local Favorite "Phoenix" buffalo chicken atop a ranch based pizza with shredded mix mozzarella & provolone, crisp bacon and sliced red onion baked to golden brown. Also on the menu Wings, Subs, Salads, Gyros & more. Dine in take out call ahead for pick up usually ready in 20 minutes. Doordash.com is currently Delivery service. Open mostly 6 days Noon to 9:00 or 10:00 Closed Tuesday. Sundays 1-8.

Incredible Pizza. Huge slices great sauce & cheesey. Folds nicely. Everything served are in huge portions. Definitely worth the bang for the buck. Pizza Lady is great too. Definitely be back again.

Best Pizza in town. Ive been ordering from Capannos for the last 6 years. The little lady makes the best pizza dough and her pizza sauce is better than any other pizza places I've been to.
And Julio makes the best Chicken Alfredo. Better than any bigger restaurants around. If you haven't tried them, I highly recomend the little pizza joint you'd be hooked.

All the food is delicious here. My family loves the pizza. So glad the old owner is back! If you haven't tried it lately, go for it. You won't be disappointed. Relative to some earlier reviews, customer service is back to it's old self.

Just moved to the area in Wescott. Our n ew neighbors said to try Capannos. We ordered a 24" pizza with everything on it, and had it delivered. The lady on the phone said it would be up to a hour and 15 minutes, which i thought was a little long .She also asked if we needed plates and utensils. The pizza came in less than a hour. They also sent a 2 liter coke with cups ( that I had not ordered) the driver said the 2 liter was on the house. The was pizza was Delisciouly Awesome !! I can't wait to try their pastas.
From a family of 5 we were satisfied.

I've had food delivered to my office from Capanno's on about 2 occasions and everything was fine. I just ordered from them expecting everything to go just as well as before. Boy was I wrong. We ordered a pizza and we were told it would take about 30 minutes. About an hour later my boss calls them to see where the pizza was and we were told it had already been delivered. Um... NOPE! We told them that we hadn't received a pizza and we were treated like we were bothering them and there was no way they could have made a mistake. Our office is on a busy street with several businesses along it. We finally got the delivery driver to describe the place she delivered the pizza and figured out it was the mechanic shop across the street. They allowed a random person to sign my boss' credit card receipt and just left the pizza there. When we told them what happened they acted like we were lying! Here it is about 30 minutes after calling them and they have yet to correct the mistake. We will never order from them again even if the pizza is like mana from heaven.

Great Boston style pizza and the calzones are amazing! Delivery service and well worth the trip to Ladson Road.
