Whenever I crave hand-cut fries and a burger or a fried chicken sandwich, this is where I head. The grilled chicken sandwich I had was packed with flavor and perfectly juicy, and Ronnie, the owner, always makes sure everyone leaves happy.

First of all, I do not use GrubHub or DealDash..They are not affiliated with most of the establishments they claim to be, such as Wheel-In. I deal with a group of wonderful people I have known for the biggest part of my life. They are hard-working people. They serve good food and have a friendly staff. I understand that this has put us all in a situation which is not the most pleasant to deal with. However, they are still serving the community, they get busy and are trying to please all of their customers which is a challenging thing to do. They do not have time or need anyone making their complaints for something that is not their fault. I firmly believe in standing up for what is right but deal with the people who advertised it incorrectly. Call your order in and speak to a person who is actually at the restaurant you wish to go to.

So I use the Doordash app all the time. Tonight I ordered from the Wheel In restaurant. The order processed and the money came out of my account as normal. Then, I received an email stating the order had be cancelled because the restaurant could not fill the order. So I called Wheel In to ask why. The owner answered the phone. He stated he wasn't affiliated with Doordash. When I explained to him that his restaurant was listed he became very rude and disrespectful....Asked for my name and number....which I assumed he wanted it to help him with Doordash. Then he Laughs as if I gave him a fake name. Then proceeded to say I was scamming him. I was trying to alert him, but after being so rude and threatening me saying he was calling the cops. He then asked me where I live. I told him I was reporting this. He hung up. If anyone knows the owner please let him know that Doordash is a real thing and that I'm a real person who lives in this community who will never eat there again. He really should apologize. Thanks!
