The cappuccino I had was surprisingly delicious and just what I needed for the long drive ahead. The service was quick and the cafe had a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

I used to go here all the time about a year ago and it was great; great food, great service, and consistent. Now every time I go (literally three times in a row) the service has been bad and the food has been mediocre. One time my friend tipped 30% up front and then no one called her name and her food sat there on the counter until it got cold. No one so much as apologized. Each time I've gone a food item has been forgotten or made wrong and then I've have to stand there and wait for them to remake it since they don't consistently call out names in a way that you can hear and have no mechanism for alerting people sitting outside that their order is ready. At the very least they should offer to bring it to your table so you don't have to wait a second time due to their mistake. When I asked them to do this they seemed really put out. Some workers are kind, but many are apathetic and even hostile.
