My husband and I enjoyed an incredible dinner in Spearfish last weekend, with everything from the food to the service exceeding our expectations. The flavors were phenomenal, especially the Rattle Snake Bites and the perfectly cooked prime rib, and we can't wait to return for more!

The food is always good but holy cow DON'T go there if you're in a rush! Or don't have over an hour for lunch. A salad should not take over an hour to be served especially when the place is empty and the tenders on the salad where cold by the time it got to the table. The service just sucked sorry to say slow and I felt ignored by the waitress/bartender. Had to get up to ask for a to go box and my ticket. I knew if i didn't I'd be sitting there waiting for who knows how long. Won't be back anytime soon 😞

Ordered 3 appetizers - one was theloaded waffle fries with cheese sauce topped with pulled pork. - no plates - no silverware. - 'they were being washed' . Finally received plates midway in attempt to eat appetizers and the silverware arrived after additional request when the salads were presented to the table. By that time the loaded fries were kind of ' not good'!!! Then all appetizer plates remained on table until ALL entrees had been presented. The customer had to collect the plates so servers would have area to place food . Thought we would have a special 50th anniversary celebration with great service - not so

RUN! SAVE TOUR MONEY AND TIME!
I am disgusted by the experience we had. Took some family out who we hadn't seen in years, the meal was of course hundreds of dollars so you'd expect decent service but no... She served one person 30 min before the rest of us so we all sat there watching them eat, then they served all but one person, so they got to watch the rest of us eat, then about 40 min later when we were ALL done eating they served the last person. The waitress was new, she argued with one of us about what the menu said, saying they didn't get a side then after they'd made his food she realized he did in fact get a side and had to take his order again, he was the only one to get a warm meal served to him and it was so late by then he just took it home because he didn't want to eat with everyone staring at him then when he tried to eat it, it was so disappointing. It was so unenjoyable and embarrassing, I emailed the company to explain how treacherous our first and LAST experience was at this establishment and it's just shy of a year with no response whatsoever. The food wasn't anything special either, very bland, very basic, they can't get orders right and their serving is erratic at best. If you want to get your money's worth and have a nice meal THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!
