We had a delicious lunch ! We had a great patty melt with waffle sweet potato fries and the roast beef plate which were all excellent ! My husband had the best tea ever and my coffee was perfect ! Our waitress was really great ! Loved it and will definitely be back again !

A Sierra girl works out there and she is pregnant. Wow that was a experience. Worst service I've ever had. She wouldn't even refill our drinks because she didn't want to walk back because she was pregnant. They really need to get there sh-t together out there because they did really have great food. But lost another customer. Don't recommend getting the waitress Sierra.

Drove all the way out to this place because I had purchased a $10 gift certificate through a spiff at work. Me and the girlfriend each ordered the salad bar for $4 extra on the side of our meal, just because we had the gift certificate through restaurants.com. Ate and turned in the certificate when paying the bill and the manager would not accept it. The only reason we even drove all the way out there was for the $10 certificate. This is piss poor management. Even if they didn't want to accept it, they should have. The certificate was purchased for this exact place and this place only. They signed up with restaurants.com no one forced them, then they don't accept it. Take warning, the food sucks, and its dirty. Would not make my worst enemy eat at this very poorly managed place!!

We went to The Grainery for Father's Day. They had a buffet. Our waitress didn't tell us when we got there and ordered that the buffet was ending in 20 minutes. Each person got half a plate of food and the buffet was empty. We then were informed that the buffet was ending in 15 minutes and that they would not refill the buffet. Waitress had us order other food and charged for both the buffet and the other meals. We asked nicely what could be done since we didn't get even one buffets worth of food and were told nothing could be done. We were charged $13 per buffet plus everything else. Horrible service. After being treated like that will never go back.
