Went to restaurant with gift card. No where on gift card does it state dine in only, or store hours . After driving there on the day the restaurant was closed and then a second trio to find out I have to buy a meal for my free meal I realized why I love Monterrey's restaurant. No gimmicks there. I'll try the restaurant that takes the place in the building when Willys goes under.
