They need to take the wings off the menu cause there not worth serving and need to be more friendly they just need to only serve pizza cause they have the best pizza hands down

Worst "Owner" EVER!! Cannot believe his arrogance!
Food was mediocre for the high price. $$$
$5 for a plate of lettuce with some cheese sprinkled on top.
Waitress stated that she could sub out toppings and then brought out bill with multiple upcharges. A simple calzone ended up costing more than a steak dinner!
The owner initially hid in the kitchen, and we had to request to speak with him.
He was immediately loud and rude! He didn't have any professionalism or customer service skills, and proceeded to throw his staff under the bus and claimed he had no control of how his computer system calculated the tab. I would recommend he register for some etiquette classes and more importantly computer literacy courses. All I can say is WOW! I feel sorry for the employees who have to work for such a weak manager. Sweet waitress, but the owner is a liability to his own business. DEFINITELY not worth it. Too many other great restaurants to patronize. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
Don't waste your time or $$.

We have ordered twice now. Due to the covid-19, the dining room is closed so we ordered by phone.
The Greek Salad is outstanding as well as the stromboli and calzone!!
We will be regulars for take out and continue when the dining room reopens.
We, 100%, recommend Paisanos for the people having that superior taste for Italian Cuisine.

I was told this was a good place to eat before I took a job in the area. Let me tell you they were right! My coworkers and I come here all the time and have company functions here as well. We have always got great food and great service.

Yummy food. The prices are fair and you get TONS of food. Too much even.

My wife and I went to Paisano's tonight and loved it. The place is clean and the service was extremely fast and friendly. Our order was taken and drinks were out almost instantly. Our gyros came out very quickly and were hot and perfectly cooked. Our fries The locals already know what we two out of towners found out tonite.were also hot and perfectly cooked. Prices are very reasonable. I would reccommend Paisano's to anyone. We knew it would probably be good when we showed up and saw how busy it was.

Usually good food and service. Just went in wailked out about 7 minutes Waitress looked at husband. Ignored him. To talk to other staff. So we left to go to another restaurant.

Have been to this place ten or so times. My wife always gets the pizza and loves it. I usually get the Greek combo (the pork souvlaki is very good). However, this time it was like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares wherein the lady owner had an offended meltdown because my Wife said the pizza was not good this time. She was so unprofessional that we were left speechless when she said everything from "you must not have ever had pizza before" to "I don't care if you come back" to "we are not going to blackmail her"......LMAO.....We don't even know where her last comment came from as we were not trying to get out of paying. She was a trip, reminiscent of the Kitchen Nightmare owner meltdowns--- wherein the owner is rude and uncaring of a customers concern or expression of a complaint. She just bellowed that she has the best pizza in town and that all their food is amazing. Funny as the hot wings we tried 6 of tonight as an appetizer were frozen and dry. Funnier still, the fact that one of there employees told us tonight that the wings are frozen, as is the chicken parm, the eggplant parm, and the veal parm.....unreal but this is the best food around????
We have enjoyed certain things on their menu, but after tonight's crap from the female owner, her undeserved arrogance, and totally unprofessional rudeness, we will never go back. There are too many other places to eat where half the menu consists of frozen and pre-breaded items...

I've eaten here several times and though a bit, pricey, fairly well satisfied---however, the last time I was there, ordered a roast beef sub and lasagna (to go). The lasagna was good, BUT, the roast beef was dry, black and curled on the edges. The sandwich was inedible.

Called in a lunch order - went in to pick it it up - I was told I never called that location and I was mistaken. I pulled out my cell phone and showed the girl the phone number that I used. She acknowledged that was the correct number and said, "oh well, I don't have your order." She did not offer to take my order at that time, offer an apology, NOTHING! She just stood there with an attitude. Needless to say, I left.
Our family has enjoyed this restaurant in the past but service lately has been extremely lacking to say the least.

Called to find out if you could cater our lunch function and the girl that answered was not very helpful. At first she told me you don't do platters I proceeded to ask her if it is something you can do she said if we can you will have to speak to catering manager I asked is he available? She said no he doesn't come in until after 6pm. A good employee would ask a prospective client what they are looking for and take their contact. This young lady could care less.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for my son's bday. The guy on the phone told me that the large was 16" and would have 8 large slices. I asked him if he could double cut them (his suggestion since I was throwing a party). When I received them, they were 14" pizzas and looked like a preschooler cut them into 10 pieces (not 16 like he told me). I called back to let them know they had not delivered on my expectation and that I now needed another pizza. The woman told me I was wrong and that they don't sell 16" pizzas. Didn't apologize or anything. I told her I needed to order another pizza; she said "well, that's the best we can do."
I'm a restaurant service manager at a full service, sit down restaurant that is a nationwide brand. Let me tell you, Paisanos lost me as a customer today due to the obvious fact that they didn't care that one of their employees had mis-informed me and another had mis-prepared the pizzas.

Nice, clean family atmosphere. Food is good except sauce is on the bitter side. The sauce at La Taverna is much better!

They have the best pizza! The Italian dishes are also delicious. I've never had anything here that I didn't like. Everyone there is also very friendly, and the restuarant has a nice, but casual and relaxed atmosphere.
