I absolutely love their happy hour specials and the fantastic service they provide. The specialty drinks are truly impressive and make for a perfect date night spot. I celebrated my 21st birthday here, enjoying delicious drinks and appetizers in a cozy fireside lounge setting - just be prepared for limited seating and only appetizer options available. The drinks steal the show here, and it's definitely worth a visit for a fun and unique experience!

This was our second visit to Masselow's Lounge. The first visit was great. The food and service were fantastic, although it was a mid-week evening. Our visit tonight (Sunday around 6pm) was not at all what we expected. Service was incredibly slow. The lounge was fairly busy but we ordered our drinks, appetizers and main courses immediately. Our drinks came about 15 minutes after we ordered them. The appetizers (popcorn and a charcuterie meat plate) took nearly an hour to arrive from the time we ordered it. And it only came after we asked why it had been so long. We were told the "manager would check on it." After having waited over an hour for our entrees and seeing other tables that arrived after us be served their entrees before we even had our appetizers, we decided to leave. We were never given an explanation as to why two other tables that arrived after us received their entrees before us (there were only 2 of us, each with uncomplicated orders). Customer service was severely lacking. As a couple that spends a great deal of money at the resort and maintains VIP status through the Camas program we were highly disappointed. We are hoping this is an exception to the norm and will be utilizing the other fantastic Northern Quest restaurants for a while as we have never had that poor of an experience here before. Fingers crossed they improve or we will not return in the future nor recommend others dine there.
