Been going there since 2018 prices and baristas were amazing, prices went up recently which is expected but over 2$ is ridiculous. They add whatever they want for tips, dont let people sign or anything. When asked why my drink is never the same price she says prices change daily. So they are able to UPCHARGE whenever they want even though their price board says cheaper? WOW and the new Manager on Francis has a crappy snobby attitude. They stop making your drink to stand at the other window and flirt with the guys non stop making you wait 10-20 mins for your drink... SADLY I HAD TO CHANGE COFFEE SHOPS

Rachell and Jordan are always making me great cofffee and have my coffee ready before i pay . Friendly staff and always the best service.

Went there this morning 8/2/23 ordered a 16oz iced hazelnut coffee and a orange juice ( bottle) looked at my debit account $ 9.18 really then the girl asked if she could sign my name , I said sure then I gave her a 2 dollar tip cash . Jesus how much is the coffee and juice, wont be going there no more
