Upon my first visit, I encountered a slight hiccup with the door being initially locked, but the attentive employee swiftly rectified the situation. Despite the new staff member's unfamiliarity with the Chicken and Waffle Pizza, their pleasant demeanor and effort were truly commendable. The quality and taste of the calzones and cheese pizza I ordered exceeded my expectations, and I found the pricing to be fair for the overall experience.

WE ORDERED two large two topping, one garlic cheese bread, 20 piece chicken wings and a two liter of Pepsi on MONDAY night 7/22/2013 at 8:30pm! MR. Js told us an hour and a half. We live like two blocks away. we said that was fine. We waited till midnight. PIZZA NEVER CAME! We Received NO PHONE CALL! I CALLED SEVRAL TIMES NO ANSWER. MR. Js Had in fact CHARGED MY CARD! So My girlfriend called them the next day, TEUSDAY 7/23/2013 at around 1:00pm-1:30pm spoke with someone stating they were a manger explained what she was TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE REEMBURSED AND THE PIZZA WOULD BECOMING ON THE HOUSE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. We Called Back on TEUSDAY 7/23/2013 at around 8:30pm asking about the PIZZA WE WERE PROMISED! We were told its on its way pizza got here TEUSDAY 7/23/2013 at 9:00pm! THE delivery guy for Mr. js told us WE WOULD NOT BE REEMBURSED AND WE WERE STILL BEING CHARED FOR THE PIZZA I PAID FOR ON MONDAY AND DIDNT GET TILL TEUSDAY! SO WE CALLED THEM BACK ASKED FOR MANGER, JOAL WAS HIS NAME! we told him what was going on! HE SAID THERES NOTHING MR. Js COULD DO FOR US BECAUSE WE GOT OUR PIZZA! After all that THE PIZZA WAS NOT VERY GOOD I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FOOD FROM MR. Js again! I VERY STRONGLY RECEMEND TO AVOID AT ALL COST! P.S. MR. Js PROMISE To Their customers is "We Guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for ANY reason, call us and we will make it right or refund your money." THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HEADACE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
