This is restaurant has the best food in Spokane. Not just the best Thai food. I try to eat there every week.

How this place doesn't have 5 stars is beyond me. This is literally my favorite restaurant of all time! I imagine that people might not like the wait, but when you cook from scratch only and other people know to call their orders in ahead of time, well you're going to wait.
The owners show love in their service and their food. The experience is not one to get you in and out quickly, but rather for you to take a little time to relax, unwind and enjoy the best Thai food you'll ever have. Paul is entertaining and so welcoming when you talk with him and he tales your order. Don't worry, if you aren't quite sure what to have Paul will order it for you and you will not be disappointed. The cook is the same person who has been cooking since they opened a couple decades ago. I don't care where you go, you are not going to find better Thai food.

Thai Kitchen is our absolute favorite! This family business cooks up simply delicious dishes, and Paul is such a charmer!
