My favorite spot for Americanized Chinese takeout in Springfield. The woman running the counter was folding dumplings by hand, a refreshing change from frozen options. Fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced - definitely worth a visit!

I am ways impressed by New China's food. It is consistently good every time I visit their location. You can watch them prepare your food and the kitchen is orderly and clean.
