The service at Nancy's Pizza was very friendly, and the pizzas with rustic crusts were cooked excellently with the Chicago beef and cheese varieties being particularly delicious, making it a great option for office orders especially with the availability of gluten-free crust and downtown Springfield delivery.

You have lost a regular customer! I appreciate you replacing my order but if your so called cook does not value his/her job then shame on them! Why would you send any customer an over cooked almost burnt pizza?? You could clearly see it was over cooked but you choose 2 send it out anyway. I'd rather go back 2 eating a frozen Home Run Inn pizza than spend my money where it's not valued! So long Nancy's I definitely won't be bragging about your pizza anymore. BTW I have a pic of the almost burnt pizza saved!!

I received a over cooked almost burnt pizza! It was replaced but I will never spend money with Nancy's again! I'd rather have a frozen Home Run Inn

Tonight was our first taste of Nancy's Chicago Style Pizza. All I can say is wow! The thin crust was cooked to perfection. The toppings were delicious and evenly balanced. The cheese was fabulous. A new favorite when we are in the mood for pizza.
