During my recent trip to Springfield, MO, I discovered a wide array of dining options due to the city's high number of restaurants per capita. The cold Midwest weather made a comforting bowl of pho a must-try, and I was pleased with the delicious selection at a particular establishment. The diverse menu offered something for everyone, with a variety of appetizers and main dishes that left me eager to return and try more on my next visit.

My wife and I ate here and it was fantastic. I am American and she is Vietnamese. I have many. Vietnamese friends so I get to try many Vietnamese dishes and my wife and I try all the Vietnamese restaurants we find and this is by far the best. The atmosphere is normal for a small restaurant but the food is amazing. It tasted like the Vietnamese home cooking I am used to. I am not talking about normal home cooking I am talking about family get to get her and show off your cooking skills home cooking. The prices are normal for regular Chinese dining but less than or the same as other Vietnamese restaurants. Just to let you know, Vietnamese food takes more prep and cooking time than Chinese is why it normally runs higher.
In this case it was worth every penny.
