Ordered a pizza takeout. Got to the hospital where we were staying and it was undercooked. Called to explain and was offered an IOU or remake. Would recommend offering a refund and a remake since the customer has to travel twice. Upon arrival (Tuesday June 6th), was greeted nicely. The manager for the evening, I presume, had an employee grab the remade pizza, didn't offer an apology, say hey, or anything to assure this error would be addressed. I opened the box to inspect the pizza this time, burnt and crusty. We will no longer support due to the staff. Food can be remade, but quality employees is also important.
