All of my adult life I have made brown beans and cornbread. In fact, gained the great honor of being crowned the Bean Queen in our family. No one made beans that tasted as good as mine and because of that I became snooty in trying other beans made by many others.
Today we ate at Mimi's Soulfood on S. Kim rough and I ordered her beans.
I have relinquished title! Never ever have I made or ate brown beans this good.
Mimi you are the Queen of the bean cookers.
If you haven't tried her food get over there right now!!!!!!
