Jay, a New York transplant, has brought his culinary expertise to Springfield for many years, and his contributions have been a true asset to the community. The food, ranging from the outstanding muffuletta to the creamy chicken mushroom ravioli, is consistently delicious, while the friendly atmosphere and excellent service make each visit enjoyable.
