Renee's catering service for my retirement party was exceptional. She displayed professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the event. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and she thoughtfully accommodated dietary preferences without being asked.

Renee is an absolute dream to work with and the food she provides is absolutely incredible!
We used Tacos De Nieve for our wedding catering for a little over 100 guests. The food was delicious and everyone raved about not only how good the food was but about how amazing Renee and her family staff were to work with. The food truly is top notch and great for groups! I was a little worried about the tacos not being done quick enough to keep up with our demand but Renee was always ready and the line went very quickly. She was extremely generous with our vendors as well and made sure that they had plates of food ready to go.
Renee was super flexible with some additional menu items we needed for appetizers, the elote cups were a huge hit and made for the perfect hand held appetizer for our guests. My husband is a huge Mexican food buff (sometimes hard to please :)) and he raved about the food but his most favorite was the cabbage salsa and of course the elote cups. My favorite was the tacos and guacamole! I highly recommend Tacos De Nieve for your next event.
