I recently discovered a charming yogurt shop in a quaint small town, offering delightful customer service. Although the parking and seating are a bit snug, the experience surpasses that of larger corporate chains. The ice cream here is truly exceptional, particularly the chocolate and vanilla swirl - a treat worth the monthly drive from Antioch.

Pleasant staff. Really good yogurt. The fudge yogurt on waffle cone is a treat.

The female owner or she claims when asked (mid 50s, short brunette, bangs, gelled hair,penciled eyebrows) is extremely rude. I threw the yogurt away I purchased today infront of the shop. I've always been served in a bowl without ever requesting it. When she's in the 2 times I've seen her I've always requested the plastic bowl instead of the small cup she gives it in. The smaller 1 spills in my car & I mentioned that. She tells me I argue every time with her, I've only met her twice. She made me pay extra for the bowl then I asked her to tell the staff since they always serve me in the bowl. It wasn't even about paying extra for it. Whenever I come in I always was served in the bowl expect when she is there. She claims it was never served in it which is a lie. I've only met her twice. Absolutely disgusting customer service from this so called owner.
