Don't be in a hurry! very slow service, plan on hour's just for lunch. I had grilled Salmon and it was full. of bones. not much choice for beer on tap.

My son ordered the fajitas with a craft brew and really enjoyed his lunch. I ordered crab cakes with coffee and juice. We both added the salad for an upcharge. First the coffee was old and burnt. Obviously they are not paying attention to how long it sits. My crab cakes were mushy and cold in the center. The bottoms weren't even browned at all! My rice pilaf had crunchy bits of dried rice and was cold! Not room temperature but friggin cold!!!! We payed a 3 dollar upcharge to get salads that were a bowl of romaine lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber and 3 grape tomato. Our lunch cost $60 including drinks and tips and I was served cold left over food! Our waitress was inattentive and just rather uninterested in her job. I told the hostess that we were celebrating a birthday and nothing was done to make our visit memorable. Can't say i'd be willing to work 6 hours and drive 30 minutes to afford this ever again. Not even a 2 star.

My husband and I went to try this Blue Water Grill In Skaneateles this past weekend... OMG Horrrible Customer Service. The waitress was so rude that we decided not to even spend our money we would have rather eaten at a burger joint then to pay for unfriendly customer service. I'm not sure if its because we are African American or If she was just a bad waitress but the manger on duty didn't seem to really care when I spoke to her and told her what happened. I would not suggest this place to anyone specially AFRICAN AMERICAN People!!!!!

We have eaten there numerous times. The food and service have always been excellent. The quality and presentation of the food is almost comparable to the $$$ Sherwood Inn across the street. I wish there was more lakeside dining in town. This is as close as you are going to get.

What do you expect when you order a $11 cheeseburger? I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out medium we'll! I don't eat them often and I like it medium rare so I sent it back! I got a second burger only to cut it in half to find raw hamburger! Not sure why it is difficult to cook a burger! Had the nicest waitress who was sweet and extremely apologetic but long story short I left hungry! Very disappointing!

The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. The chef is acomodating to changes you would like to make. Everything we've eaten there, the food was perfect from sandwiches, salads, shrimp and steak. Casual atmosphere but not a place for small children. Make a reservation if you are going.
