I've been a regular customer here for over a decade, and the quality of their food has never disappointed me. Their menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and their service is quick and efficient.

Have not ordered from here in a long time after they were in the newspaper and sited by DOH. Tonight we decided to give them another try but this will be our last time ordering from them. While chewing my food I bit down on something hard...it was a piece of metal! Yes metal.

I like the food, HOWEVER, a whole lot of times they forget to put lobster in the Happy Family! I've talked to them about it numerous times, but they continue to 'forget' to put it in! Our family is not happy about it.

I'm from NYC so I know takeout Chinese food. Unfortunately in Syracuse there is nothing like there is in the city but Rong Cheng is by far the best. My roomates and I order all the time. We haven't had a bad dish and have tried nearly everything on the menu. I've tried every other takeout place by me and this is the BEST.
