Will not be returning. Kristina overheard us while shopping back in Nov and referred us to this place, it became the office's go to place every weekend. Last week we were left less than satisfied and this week even worse. We called multiple times to place our order with no success. We came for lunch and had to wait quite a while and the cashier kept messing up the order. We were sad/disturbed to hear that Kristina had been fired and wouldn't be returning also that "she thought she ran things" and "started too much sh*t". It was unprofessional to say the least. She made us smile and seemed like she held it down. Getting back to the office we found our rib tips to be a party style sandwich in a different box. Our sides tasted old and we were given pulled pork mixed in with our brisket dinners.

Great food, prices, and staff. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Florida. Originally heard about this place in Tennessee and had to try while I was here visiting. Not disappointed.

Best BBQ in Tampa. Unfortunately, one of the employees are very unprofessional. On different occasions I've witnessed A taller young lady being quite disrespectful to not only the other two employees but customers as well. It happened to me directly just over a week ago. I was explaining to the young white woman, who is always so sweet and so helpful, that my food was a bit raw the previous time I had came. The meat was tough and I had noticed the bone bleeding a bit. You guys were so busy that day and customers were waiting on food from the grill which I told her. I explained to her that I myself BBQ and my husband as well. I told her that I started to make a review on Google but decided to give you guys another chance since you had never given food to me or family I've sent up the like this before. It most likely was because of how busy you all were. The young lady was empathetic and politely explained to me that had I brought my food back with my receipt she would have been able to replace it for me. I understood that was the policy and explained I didn't want anything for free and had come back to give you guys another chance. As we were finishing with my order the taller young lady asks the girl what was wrong as if she had done something wrong and she explained my concern but that everything was okay. The taller young lady rudely pushes her to the side to confront me and ask what made me think my food wasn't cooked all the way. As I tried to explain she stated the toughness was on y'all but that it wasn't raw and that is how smoked meat is suppose to look because it is smoked. She did not see my food and I know what bleeding from the bone is. I am 68 years old and have never been disrespected the way this young lady kept cutting me off and being so rude. The other young lady had already let me explain my concern and had me feeling more comfortable to order in reassuring my food would be done all the way. I still chose not to complain. The next day I then witness the same rude young lady see a line and turn around to not help those girls. I've seen the two white young ladies running that truck so nice. My family members have complained about the same tall young lady being rude to customers or yelling at those girls. I thought the one at the register was the manager. When I came this week I tried to express my concerns. She explained that the taller girl was the manager and when I expressed that I wasn't interested in speaking with her the girl allowed me to explain how we felt. She apologized and said she would talk to the manager for me. As she walked away the taller girl walks up and asks what the problem was and when I told her there was no longer a problem she wanted to know what I was talking to the girl about. My family and I will not be returning while this young lady is there. We are only maybe 15 customers compared to the 1000's you probably have but I guarantee more customers will stop coming if the customer service continues to decline.

I stumbled across this place one day on my way to go for Chinese, The smoke from the BBQ hit my nostrils so I pulled in, I stared at the menu for a few minutes before I ordered ( A RIB SANDWICH)!!!! I have had a lot of ribs in my lifetime but nothing and when I say NOTHING I mean Nothing could compare to the taste of these ribs!!!! I have literally been hooked ever since......I am constantly recommending this spot to lovers of good BBQ!! I haven't found a better BBQ in this city yet!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!

The taste is UNBEATABLE prices are great both guys that work there are extremely friendly!! I highly recommend them it's the best bbq I've found in Tampa by far!! Keep it up as long as they are in business ill be a customer♡♡ there mac and cheese, baked beans chicken and ribs are my favorite and the portions are huge !!!
