Do yourself a favor and drive to the Long Horn in Brandon where the customer service is empecable. I bragged so much about the food that my daughter decided to give the dish a try for her first time. When I asked how the food was she stated that she WILL NEVER go to another Long Horn again. This is customer service related. Whomever the manager on duty the evening of 11/5 needs to be trained on true customer service. She ran late to pick up her online order due to taking her niece to homecoming. Only to find out after waiting more than 45 minutes after checking in that her order was picked up but not by her. Then the manager talked to her as if she had already picked it up and was coming back again. I like certain dishes but your food has never been that good to want to pull a stunt like that. So she was refunded very rudely and won't be returning. So go to the Brandon location where they treat customers with respect!!!!
