I love cooking filet mignon on my Traeger smoker, aiming for a perfect medium at 135-140 degrees. The steaks from Private Reserve are always a hit with friends and family, despite being a bit pricey. Ron at the store helped me pick out some amazing cuts, showing great knowledge and patience throughout the process. It's definitely worth the occasional splurge for the delicious and crowd-pleasing meats they offer.
