02/21/2013 - Incomplete order
I went there one day and ordered a 10-piece chicken item. I found out later that I was one piece short.

I called to complain about it to the store manager the next day and he couldn't care less.

Why can't they just give you the food amount you paid for? They sure as heck take the entire dollar amount due.
