good food, great service

My daughter and I were looking for a late dinner after shopping at the mall and were in the mood for Asian. We were quickly seated and ordered the Bao Buns as an appetizer. They arrive and I choose one and take a bite. My teeth hit something hard and to my surprise I pull out a ROCK!! - I quickly get the waiters attention and show him - he leaves and gets the manager - the manager says "can we get you another ? " - yes I guess "¦ but weirdly no apology . The waiter return and says "That's was weird - it's a rock from some lava dish we serve - not sure how it got in the Bao bun " We cautiously ate the rest of our order. And to my surprise my bill included the Bao bun! I've worked in food service and never would you serve someone a ROCK!! and at a MINIMUM comp the the appetizer. Be wary and chewy softly. I paid my bill in full, tipped a courteous tip (not the waiters fault) . I don't write reviews often - good or bad- but this is unacceptable I could have cracked a tooth or swallowed a rock!

My best friend and I dined at Wild Ginger for lunch yesterday as we always do when we come to Nashville. The food was amazing as usual but the service was the best ever. Our waiter was a cute young Korean man named Ho and he was perfectly accommodating, attentive and funny. He really went out of his way to answer our questions and make sure everything was just right. We have always had good service here but Ho was exceptional ! Thanks for another perfect lunch at Wild Ginger in Franklin !!
