When was the last time you went to a restaurant and the chef/owner came to your table to ask how you enjoyed your meal. Well Joe did that when my daughter and I stopped at his small, clean, unpretentious restaurant. I told him I had not eaten Italian food like that since I left NJ in 1968. It was a totally delicious lasagna with wonderful garlic bread. You can taste the lovely spices Italians were using when I was a girl (I'm 77) and continue to expertly use today. I couldn't stop eating it and finished the entire large portion I was served. If you love Italian cuisine, don't miss the experience.
