I'm originally from Louisiana, and this is as good or better than any Mom & Pop restaurant down there. The last time I came through, my wife and I had the thick cut pork chops stuffed with boudin, mashed sweet potatoes with maple syrup, and long cut green beans. She was skeptical based on the simple appearance of the place when we arrived, but ultimately said it was one of the best meals she EVER had. We live 300 miles away, but are making it a priority to visit again on our way home from the Smokies this year!

If you can't get to the brick and mortar restaurant, this does nicely!! Friendly staff, deliciously-prepared food and a second place to partake of Cajun/seafood yum!!!
