Enjoyed two separate lunch visits and found the food appetizing and delicious. 3 meat selection was wonderful. Would like to see slightly larger portion. Nonetheless, an enjoyable atmosphere and cuisine. Have plans to return soon with friends. If you like delicious BBQ, then Hatcher's is right "On Target"!

Always amazing!

First time was a phone order for carry out. I had the burrito with pulled pork. Excellent! However, another menu item caught my eye as I was picking up that order.
Pork Rind Nachos.
On Saturday, we chose to dine in and I got the nachos with brisket as my meat choice. I now have brain damage from my tongue slapping the roof of my mouth so hard.

Called in our first order this evening. Bologna plate and pulled pork burrito. Both were delicious and the macaroni and cheese was out of this world. Next order will be their bbq pork rind nachos.
