The fried catfish fillets are a revelation, featuring a light cornmeal breading that is both fresh and perfectly crispy. The homemade tartar sauce elevates the dish to an award-worthy level, while the ribs and pizza also impress with their rich flavors. Service throughout my visits has been attentive and friendly, making each experience enjoyable despite the wait for freshly prepared meals.

Got our to-go order home we had BALD dough in places, 3 pepperoni slices on a large pizza, and very small portions of the other toppings, too. They cost-reduced me right out of their restaurant, permanently!

I have dined here many times over the years with family and friends and never had a bad meal.
The food is consistently good and the menu has very good selections without being too large and unmanageable.
Now for the cons (We all have them) :
The turnover of servers tend to be frequent which sometimes lead to inconsistent service but I don't consider this to be a dealbreaker at all.
A small pet peeve of mine is when you're ready to pay your tab they are adamant that you take your ticket and walk to the front desk where there is no cash register and have to go in the back to retrieve the correct change and to run your tab. I have no idea why the customer has to go up front and stand there and wait for this instead of settling up at your table and settle the transaction. I know this sounds picky but this can be a problem for elderly customers and people with health issues.
Overall this is a excellent family restaurant that Spring city is lucky to have. We are proud to have them as part of our community. Whether you are local or just passing through I highly recommend you stop in for lunch or dinner.
