During a first visit to the restaurant, we opted for table service rather than hibachi; we were asked to wait 10 minutes for a table. After waiting 15 minutes and still not seated, we were told that there would be an additional wait because they did not have enough staff to service the available tables. They were only seating the number of tables that the staff could handle. We did not wait. Why deal with poor service when there are so many options nearby?
