Well all I can say is the guy actually answered and humored me into thinking he was going to take my order. After 5th call of being on hold for up to 5 mins, then everything I asked for he couldn't do. Called at 3 in the afternoon. This sucks!! I actually told people to go to jets!! I loved jets Pizza but will prob never go to Springfield site again. Professional service is a lot when running a pick up delivery business. And word of mouth is the best or worse advertising for you. Frozen lettuce???....really....you have to let it thaw???
