The food here is consistently amazing, with fresh burgers and delicious BBQ that always hits the spot. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a place I look forward to visiting whenever I'm in town for work.

We were recommended to order from Papa's for our wedding at a local venue. Initially we were very happy with pricing and the delivery process. The only thing they asked of us was to provide the sternos to keep the food warm. Once my family got to the venue to decorate and light the sternos, we found that Papa's didn't provide the chaffing dishes to set the sternos in under the pans. So, it was 38* this past Sunday, and before the ceremony even started the food was ice cold. I threw out $300 worth of food, and received the poor excuse that the venue has always provided the chaffing dishes. Come to find out, that's not true because I asked them. This is very disappointing considering I didn't even eat the food I ordered, or eat at all until I got back to the hotel room later that night. I was starving! Not to mention, they didn't offer to make it right in any way, just said, "Well, I'm sorry....". Not good business, and you probably lost a venue recommendation along with the lost customer base from this review as well.
