The food here is pretty decent - good portion sizes for a fair price. The sauce they use leans towards the sweeter side, but the steak and scallop hibachi really hits the spot when you're craving some stir fry. I've only done drive-thru orders so far, but the food is always fresh and hot, and they don't skimp on the servings.

We drive to asahi from Kingston,and dont get there as much as we would like to,the food has always been great,use to love their mushroom soup it was really good,they stopped serving it,only wish they would come to Roane County

ALWAYS GREAT VALUE! I order Hibachi Chicken with rice and veggies. Rice is great, chicken is tender, veggies are done well (I like them that way if you want crisp you may need to ask) huge portions for under $10. Love it!

This place needs to be shut down and completely renovated. Floors and counter were sticky. Food is nothing special. One dish fixed two different ways. Advertised serving sushi, where is the sushi? Expensive for what you get (mostly rice).
