how can trip advisor recommend this place
I order rd takeout at 145pm they said 10 minutes needless to say I got the sandwich 45 minutes later.
It was barely warm when took a bite it was basiclyl cold so as a local person I will not recommend this place to anyone

Chicken Parmesan was nasty, pieces (since when is chicken Parmesan pieces of chicken?) of chicken were dark and chewy/tough...like it was old chicken. Salad had way too much dressing and a lot of rusty pieces of lettuce in it. One person got a burger and onion rings and only got 4 onion rings. They were big but you pay extra for them so they could give a few more. One person got a side of mashed potatoes and they tasted funny...almost sour like they used sour milk to mash them. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. I heard someone else say it was below average the day before and I wish I had listened.

The food, atmosphere, setting and prices are wonderful! Delicious food. We ate there 5 our of 7 nights we were in Gatlinburg.
