I was very satisfied with my experience until I was getting ready to pay. In front of me was a person with a small dog. After I paid I asked if Cracker Barrel was allowing dogs in their restaurant. I was told service dogs were allowed. I asked if that small dog was. The cashier said it was. She did not ask for any papers verifying this. I would like to know your policy. Are you beginning to favor animals over customers?

Food taste like it came out of refrigerator and was microwaved will never eat or order from there again this makes three times food tasted old and chicken not crispy but looked like it was.

Got order to go. It was awful. Chicken and Dumplins no chicken and was dry. Hb steak meal. Hashbrown Casserole dried out

Today No chicken tenders and corn bread the waitress said I will come back with it at 1130 still no corn bread . Cook should have this ready at 1100 am . Mashed potato was cold and had 5 carrots in the plate . Very disappointed we ate here at least 3 times a month the worst experience.
