The food here is exceptional, with a standout salad bar and some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make dining in a pleasure, and I always look forward to my next visit.

I have been going to gondolas since it opened in 1973. It had always been great , until about 2 years ago I noticed things were off a little. Then about 3 weeks ago we took our daughter and granddaughter there ,it was awful, my granddaughter and myself ordered shush k bob , The meat was so tough we couldn't eat it . We told our waiter , he told the mgr. she did nothing!! I know I won't matter that I won't go back .But eventually it will catch up if they continue to do business this way! Not like it use to be .

We have either eaten there or ordered take out. Love the salad bar, but you need to get there early when everything is fresh. Their pizza is good, spaghetti and meatballs are so, so.

Where do I start? Pizza was undercooked p like eating raw dough, ordered a calzone. Asked what topping I wanted? Excuse me, Calzone's don't have toppings. The meat is added inside the pocket. There was no pocket - only mozzarella like a lead ball. Watery under the mozzarella with a few pieces of sausage. The salad bar wasn't fit for an animal. Been there 2x and 2x was extremely disappointed. Won't go back for a 3rd.

Been there several times I live beyond Knoxville, I love their food! Cannot beat esp the Veal Parmagiana! Going to order several to go to freeze and drive there 100 miles to pu!

Had dinner on 7/11/14. The salad bar was good, the gyro sandwich was good. The spaghetti was awful. It tasted like it came out of a chef-boyardee can. For what they charged for a side order, it was a sin.

We've eaten at the Gondola several times when visiting the Crossville area. The salad and soup bar is delicious. We've had the pizza and it is good, as is the Greek salad and many of their Italian specialties.

I have lived in Crossville my whole life. I grew up going to Gondola's. The food is amazing, but over the years the staff has gotten worse. A handful of them are as friendly as they can be, but the rest are rude! Some of the hostesses won't even smile at you as you walk in the door. And I am pretty sure that part of that particular job is to be a greeter.

The food is great, really good pizza and steak sandwiches. The salad bar isn't the best, and it's not the most kid-friendly place as far as seating and kid's menu, but you can't beat the pizza for the area.
