This longstanding establishment, Gondola, has earned its reputation for providing consistently good food. Their hand-tossed pizza features a light and thin crust that pairs well with a variety of toppings, though I personally prefer the simplicity of just cheese. The lasagna, with its unique twist, and the fresh and well-maintained salad bar are standout offerings that never disappoint. The efficient and accommodating staff, along with the delicious food, make this a must-visit dining spot in Lebanon.

I absolutely love this Resturant, the Food is Scrumpadelicious esp the Pork Shiskabob. I'm so sorry that the Tornado affected the Resturant. But It can & will be Rebuilt & My Prayer's are with You & Everyone that was Devastated by The Tornado!!!

I will admit the two appetizers were ok probably because they were brought in from outside vendors as frozen goods.
This one spaghetti dish covered with cheese left a lot to be desired. Sauce was like a watery catsup with a matching taste. Sauce poured out of dish like water.
The meat ball sub was the size of a hot dog roll same sauce as above took two bites.
Lastly, the hamburg steak patty, which was listed with other steaks. Humm how can they serve any kind of steak without having gravy to match. Nothing at all just one dry patty.
Have no plans to return.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE AWFUL MANANGEMENT & SERVICE!!!! We have been going to Gondola in Lebanon Tn for at least 22 years & average at least once a month & we live in another county so we drive out of the way to eat there. Well tonight I will say will be the last time we dine there!!!!! First the waitress was very rude as soon as she came to the table then it took an hour to get our food she kept coming and saying it will be here in just a minute we finally ask to see the manager & after 15 mins she finally comes & ask whats wrong I will add she knows us because we were such frequent loyal customers & has even waited on us herself before. We tell her we have waited 45 mins for our food she never once said sorry or even she would check on it just walked away from our table then finally our food arrived & the waitress said sorry & we ask what happened she said it was her fault & I said that doesn't surprise me you were so rude when we first sit down & my husband again ask for the manager in mean time another waitress that has waited on us many times comes over & apologized & the manager never came to our table the other waitress hands us our ticket as we get up to leave then when we start to pay at register my husband ask why didn't the manager come back to our table & the cashier said shes not sure & just continued with our bill as if we were nothing I will have to say if that's the way they intend on staying in business it will not stay in business much longer I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life it was the worst experience we have ever had & we eat out a lot!!! I couldn't believe they treated us loyal long time customers as bad as they did just in shock a business would do that to customers of 22 yrs . We have brought our families & friends their many times that had never even been there before. We gave them our business as well as brought others to them!! My review & advice is don't eat here if you want common courtesy and your business to be appreciated!!! I never write a review but felt I had to to let other people know what to expect before they try to eat here!!!

This place used to have the best pizza around. Recently I ordered a Pepperoni and Sausage pizza to go. When I got home I discovered that it was basically a cheese pizza with very small portions of pepperoni and sausage on it. With a large pizza there were MAYBE 10 pieces of sausage on the pizza. This is pitiful. I had some friends over that night and raved about this place and all of us were very disappointed. Won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I ordered veal parm and it was awful i didnt no it was just a frozen patty you could buy at any grocery store when she brought it to our table it was folded up like a taco the grilled chicken however was great very disappointing overall tho

I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Its really cozy with good quality food. I love the fresh salad bar but not crazy about the pizza. I try something new every time I go! LOVE IT

If you like high school cafeteria quality food at casual dining prices - Gondola is for you
If you like having your food served by an angry teenage waitress with daddy issues - Gondola is for you
If you like being surrounded by people whose dinner conversations consists of "he's blessed", "she's blessed", or "I'm blessed" mixed with haggling over the amount of pasta sauce one should receive - Gondola is for you
If you wanted Greek cuisine - Go somewhere else

Best Pizza in all of Tennessee.
Try the Pizza with Ground Beef which is ground fresh everyday at the restaurant.
I always go out of my way to stop at this wonderful restaurant.
The prices are also remarkably affordable!
