This barbecue joint has been a local favorite for as long as I can remember. The pulled pork here is unbeatable, and the fried chicken is a must-try. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and every bite feels like a taste of home.

I moved from Springfield to Texas when I was 7. Pulled pork and the sauce around there was my favorite.
I'm 36 now and so thankful to have gotten a couple pounds of BBQ, and bottles of sauce.
Will definitely order some in the future.

Even though I think they have the best bbq that you can get, I gave three stars because of their prices. I feel that they have really went up in price, and because of that, I have stopped eating there as much as I used to. I just can't afford their prices anymore.

As advertised real pit Barbeque but what makes the meal great is their suace. It is a vinegar sauce which I love. They have and orginal and a Hot these are without a doubt the best I ever had. I grew up on vinegar sauce and there is none that is equal to Baldwin's. I also had some blackberry cobler which just gave the meal a perfect ending. I also had vinegar slaw and potato wedges. All were very generous portions.
