I have frequented this establishment numerous times, indulging in the delightful Sunday breakfast buffet and savoring the Rainbow Trout for dinner. The outdoor dining experience by the creek creates a serene atmosphere, complementing the delicious home-cooked meals served by the kind owners in this impeccably maintained eatery.

I've eaten at Kays both at breakfast and lunch over various times. I loved both because the portions are very generous and is the best country style cooking anywhere in Kingsport,in my opinion, bar none. The breakfast is just like grandma used to make and they have the most tender tenderloin ive ever found. I love visiting this restaurant. The service is great and the environment very friendly. The prices are unbelievably low but remember its cash only. No credit cards.

I love simple, country food. The kind of food that I was raised on, like soup beans and cornbread! The best pinto beans and cornbread is served on Monday at Kay's Restaurant! Oh, let's not forget the delicious Cole slaw! Hey, I look forward to Mondays!
