May 15, 2023 at approximately 12:12 pm I ordered two big boxes with mashed potatoes , cold slaw and two littleones. When I opened up sack at home I had two boxes with nothing but chicken. Called KFC in Columbia and was told I was to bring the whole order back, with receipt. We asked for fresh chicken since this was cold and they threw chicken back in fryer or micro wave. Chicken was hard, tuff when we started to eat. This is the first time they have messed up my order. Also the woman who waited on us had an attitude.
