I ordered a american cheeseburger 1/2lb fries and a Italian sub 12in. Well my burger was burnt i couldnt even eat half of it because i was afraid of breaking a truth. My husband got.the sub and the bun was burnt and too crispy. He has to squash the sub.just to break the hard pieces off. Also our fries was burnt. Im not the person to give a bad report because i know how it is but when all our food was hard and burnt then yea that upsets me. We pay for this food and cant even enjoy it. It went to our dog. Look im sorry but when i pay for food i want it cooked right. Or else im just throwing away money. I even picked my order up and had to wait for.the food. My opinion the burger shouldve been took off grill sooner my fries lifted sooner and the toaster for the sub shouldn't have went that long. It makes me feel like everyone's goofing off instead of cooking right. And that's not the kinda cooks you want. Im serious ive never been so disappointed in yall in my life. Im from dover and ive ate lances all my life and mama mias most my life but now i wish i would've ordered from lances. I was very upset i couldnt order and eat my supper and enjoy it. I left my email. And i want you to know im not trying to bash anyone but they need to either stop goofing around and pay attention or find job elsewhere. Im serious i loved mama mias till everything i got to eat tonight was bad the only thing good was the ranch dressing.
